Francisco Machado, PhD, is a Psychologist, specialized in School and Educational
Psychology and Clinical and Health Psychology, and Auxiliary Professor at ISMAI. His main research interests focus on parental,teacher and intimate partner acceptance-rejection and the way those dimensions
play a role on family functioning, academic achievement, social and emotional
learning, violence prevention and career guidance and development. He has
published several papers on national and international peer reviewed
publications, in this and other fields of research. He’s currently a member and
president of ISIPAR, Interpersonal Society for Interpersonal Acceptance and
Rejection.

Having graduated from the Computer Engineering Department of the University of Patras (Integrated MSc), he focuses on finding new ways of imparting the ever-evolving knowledge that surrounds Technology and Informatics. He is a certified educator specializing both in younger audiences, as well as adult training. His academic background includes published research and proposals revolving around the Design of Novel Educational Platforms, Self-Regulated Learning and Distance Learning Programs. Last but not least, he has active experience in coordinating Erasmus+ Educational Projects.

Emmanouil Petraki acts as the incumbent Headmaster of the Arsakeio Lyceum of Patras, Greece. He has a PhD in Physics awarded from the University of Patras, which allowed him in the past to teach for several years at the Civil and Mechanical Engineering Departments of the Technological Educational Institute of Patras. He has been part of many different research projects, as well as worked on a plethora of academic publications on Fluid Mechanics, Renewable Energy Sources, Hydraulics and general Physics. As part of his work at the Arsakeio Lyceum of Patras, he has been the coordinator of multiple successfully completed and currently ongoing Erasmus+ Programs.

Ivanka Valkova currently Vice-principal of academic affairs, she graduated from the Southwest University “Neofit Rilski” – Blagoevgrad in 1996 with acquired qualifications in Techniques and technologies and Information technologies and information engineering. She has a 4th professional qualification degree, acquired in 2010. She worked as a teacher for 22 years. She has been a vice-principal of academic affairs since 2014.
She is an award-winner of “Neofit Rilski” honorary distinction in 2020.

Jaime Fins is a digital media generalist and a Ph.D. Candidate at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto where he’s studying the effectiveness of advertising in immersive virtual reality games. He has been working as a computer graphics and programming teacher and course coordinator for 15 years at the University of Maia. He has been collaborating as a consultant and as the digital developer for several Erasmus+ and nationally funded projects focusing on digital games and gamification. In parallel with his academic career, he has collaborated with several companies as a consultant and specialist in the digital media domain.

Kassiani Eleftheriadi has been an English language teacher at Arsakeio High School of Patras for the last 35 years. She graduated from Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki in 1985. Ever since, she has been teaching English language and literature, as well as financial English. She has been an MUN advisor for 10 years preparing and escorting students in MUN conferences in Europe, Russia, Turkey and Egypt. She has taken part in many European Comenius -Erasmus programs. She has also prepared and escorted students in Forensics (English Rhetoric) tournaments in Greece.

He works as a secondary school teacher in Arsakeia Schools (Athens) and a career counselor in the Counseling Services of the same institution. His duties include teaching subjects of his specialization, coaching students during their preparation for national competitions, individual and group counseling sessions with students, organizing and delivering educational and professional information workshops and open events, collecting, customizing and editing educational material for the e-learning platform “e-arsakeio” etc. He has represented Arsakeia Schools in a number of European projects and has participated in a series of educational conferences as a speaker

Maria Teresa Pavone graduated in foreign languages with 106/110 at the University “Suor Orsola Benincasa” in Naples, Italy. She has been teaching since 1988. She is an English teacher at the public high-school “Giordano Bruno” in Arzano, Naples. Since 2000 she has been cooperated with Cambridge Esol Centre in Arzano to prepare the students for PET – FCE (CEFR) ; moreover for three years she was also the project coordination for stages in English speaking countries .

Since 2000 she has been involved in the european projects to acquire language skills in french, level B1/B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). She was also a referee of the guidance project for the students of the secondary school. She has many years of research and applied experience in the field of child and adolescent development, both typical and atypical, in consultations with children and parents. Her postgraduate thesis was “The contribution of mentoring in the implementation of innovative programs” (erasmus+, e-twinning , etc).
From 2006 to 2014 she worked as a philologist in public sector schools. During that time she was involved in Career Guidance and attended several relevant seminars.
Since 2015, she is working as a philologist in Arsakeio Lyceum of Patras.
She has taken part in various Erasmus+ programs.
